Privacy Policy
Who we are
SolidUptime is an uptime monitoring service built and operated by Jordan. If you have any questions about this policy, contact us at support@soliduptime.org.
What we collect and why
Account information
When you create an account we collect your name and email address. We use these to identify your account, send you monitoring alerts, and communicate important service updates. We do not sell or share this information with third parties.
Monitoring data
The URLs, endpoints, IP addresses, and domains you add as checks are stored so we can monitor them on your behalf. Check results, incident history, latency records, and uptime statistics are stored and associated with your account. This data exists solely to provide the service — we do not analyse it for any other purpose.
Payment information
Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor and merchant of record. We do not store your credit card details. Lemon Squeezy's privacy policy governs how your payment data is handled. You can find it at lemonsqueezy.com.
Technical data
When you use SolidUptime, we may log basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type for security and debugging purposes. This data is not used for tracking or advertising.
What we don't do
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not share your data with third parties except as described above.
- We do not use third-party analytics tools on this site or in the app.
- We do not send marketing emails without your consent.
Data retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, you can request deletion of your data by emailing support@soliduptime.org. Monitoring data and incident history are deleted within 30 days of account closure.
Your rights
Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. To make a request, email support@soliduptime.org and we will respond within 30 days.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your data. SolidUptime is served over HTTPS. Access to production data is limited to the operator. That said, no system is completely secure — if you discover a security issue, please disclose it responsibly by emailing support@soliduptime.org.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of SolidUptime after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
